Oceans Management, LLC and its affiliates (“Oceans,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites (“Visitors”). This Privacy Statement describes Oceans’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s Web sites and the related applications, services, and programs offered by Oceans (collectively, the “Services”), as well as individuals’ choices regarding use, access and correction of personal information.

This Privacy Statement covers the information practices, including how the Company collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide, of Web sites that link to this Privacy Statement (collectively referred to as“Oceans’s Web sites” or “the Company’s Web sites”).

Oceans’s Web sites may contain links to other Web sites. The information practices or the content of such other Web sites is governed by the privacy statements of such other Web sites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Web sites to understand their information practices.

Information Collected

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, or registering to use the Web sites or other Services, Oceans requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”).

As you navigate the Company’s Web sites, Oceans may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

Use of information Collected

The Company uses data about Visitors to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Us” Web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services.

Oceans uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites. The Company may also use Web Site Navigational Information alone or in combination with data aboutVisitors to provide personalized information about the Company.

Oceans uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies, to collect information as you navigate the Company’s Web sites (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Log Files, IP Addresses, URLs and Other Data

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer our Web sites and Services.  This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date/time stamps associated with your usage. Due to Internet communications standards, when you visit or use the Company’s Websites and Services, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and the website to which you go when you leave our Website. This information is used to analyze overall trends, to help us improve our Websites and Services, to track and aggregate non-personal information, and to provide the Websites and Services. For example, Oceans uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Visitors navigate the Company’s Web sites.

Public Forums and Testimonials

Oceans may provide blogs, or similar forums on the Company’s Web sites. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Oceans is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.

Oceans posts information from partners and testimonials on the Company’s Web sites that contain information such as names and titles. Oceans obtains the consent of each partner prior to posting any information or posting testimonials.

Sharing of information collected
Service Providers

Oceans may share data about Visitors with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide the requested services to us.  Without limiting the foregoing, Oceans may also share data about Visitors with the Company’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, Oceans does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Third Parties

The Web Site Navigational Information section  of this Privacy Statement, specifically addresses the information we or third parties collect through cookies and how you can control cookies through your Web browsers.  We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Compelled Disclosure

Oceans reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

International Transfer of Information Collected

The Company stores data about Visitors in the United States. To facilitate Oceans’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access such information from around the world.  This Privacy Statement shall apply even if Oceans transfers data about Oceans Visitors to other countries.

Communications Preferences

Oceans offers Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may unsubscribe by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.

Correcting and Updating Your Information

Oceans may retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. We also may retain your information during the period of time needed for Oceans to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You may request to review, correct, delete or otherwise modify any of the personal information that you have previously provided to us through the Company’s Web sites and Services.  For other requests to access, correct, modify or delete your data, please review the “Contact Us” section below. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Oceans uses robust security measures to protect data about Visitors.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or applications linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website or application, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website or application, including those that have a link on our website or in our application, is subject to that website’s or application’s own rules and policies.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do so, we will post those changes on this page to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
